Vanderbilt vs. Georgia: Commodore Tailgate

The Vanderbilt Alumni Association and the National Commodore Club invite you to join us in Athens, GA, to cheer on the Dores vs. the Georgia Bulldogs!

Kick off the festivities with the Commodore Happy Hour in Atlanta, GA on Oct. 2, then get ready to show your Commodore spirit at the official Commodore Tailgate on game day.

Commodore Happy Hour

Friday, Oct. 2 | 6–9 p.m. ET | The Painted Pin

The Commodore Happy Hour includes two drink tickets and heavy hors d'oeuvres. Limited street parking is available. Valet parking is available for $5 per vehicle. Rideshare is encouraged.

Registration Cost: $35 for all attendees 21+

Round-Trip Bus Transportation Atlanta to Athens

Saturday, Oct. 3 | Departs ATL, 6:30 a.m. ET | Lindbergh Center Station

Leaving Atlanta from Lindbergh Center Station to drop off at DW Brooks Mall for Commodore Tailgate

Leaving Athens from DW Brooks Mall Roundabout (where guests are dropped off) and buses will depart promptly one hour after the game.

Saturday, Oct. 3 | Commodore Tailgate: 9 a.m.–12:30 p.m. ET | Kickoff: 12:45 p.m. ET

For a limited time, a ticket package is available for purchase. It includes a game ticket to VU vs. UGA and access to the Commodore Tailgate. The Commodore Tailgate includes a buffet meal, alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, giveaways and entertainment. This package will be available to purchase through July 31 or until sold out, whichever comes first.

Registration Cost:

$292 for adults 21+ 
$252 for those ages 6-20 
$217 for those 5 and under

Commodore Tailgate

The Commodore Tailgate includes a buffet meal, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, giveaways and entertainment.

Early Bird Registration Cost: $75 for adults 21+ available through July 31 
$35 for those ages 6-20 
Free for those 5 and under

Registration Cost starting Aug. 1: $90 for adults 21+ available through Sept. 30 or until sold out. If tickets remain after Sept. 30, late registration pricing will take effect.

Guests are responsible for purchasing their own game tickets and transportation if they aren't purchased through the limited time opportunity.

Additional Information

If you need to cancel your registration, a refund may be requested for the Commodore Happy Hour and Commodore Tailgate by Monday, Sept. 21 prior to the event for a full refund.

No refunds are allowed for bus transportation and game tickets.
