Meet and greet other grandparents while enjoying afternoon tea. Be sure to pick up your special gift for attending Family Weekend at this event. 

University Update

Friday, September 9
4p.m. - 5p.m. Central | Alumni Lawn

Join Chancellor Daniel Diermeier, Provost Raver, and other university leaders for a conversation about the university with opportunities to ask questions and gain a greater understanding of Vanderbilt’s priorities.

The Vanderbilt Melodores, former champions of NBC’s The Sing-Off, will open the event with a special performance! 

Fall for the Arts on the Martha Rivers Ingram Commons at Vanderbilt

Friday, September 9
5:30p.m. - 8p.m. Central | The Commons Center and Lawn

Join us for an outdoor festival of the arts, including an evening of student performances and opportunities to explore your creative abilities with arts and crafts. The celebration boasts a mouth-watering, chef-crafted menu designed to highlight the colorful flavors of fall. The festival brings the "creative campus" to life with a special program, including musical and dance performances from the main stage. This event has something for the whole family.

Enjoy food, music, face painting, games, and more! Mr. C and the Spirit of Gold Marching Band will make a special appearance. 

Farewell Breakfast

Come have breakfast with us and other families before heading home! We will have a special performance by a student jazz trio.
